If you change your Instagram password, your account manager will immediately lose access to your account and we won’t be able to carry out any growth activities until access we can log back into your account.

To keep your growth moving smoothly, here’s what to do:

  1. Let us know ASAP: Shoot a quick message to your account manager to let them know about the password change. This helps avoid repeated login attempts with the old password, which could trigger temporary account restrictions from Instagram.

  2. Update your login info: Head over to your account inside your dashboard and update the Credentials form with your new password. Double-check your username and password fields before hitting submit—accuracy is key.

  3. Keep an eye on prompts: If Instagram asks, “Was this you?” when we try to log in, don’t approve anything just yet. Wait until your account manager confirms it was us, then you can safely verify the login.

Following these steps helps us pick up right where we left off—without missing a beat. And don’t worry: your account’s security is always our top priority. We handle your info with full confidentiality and care.

Communication is key here. We'll notice as soon as we're unable to take actions for you that something is up. At that point your account manager will always reach out.
