Yes. We work from inside your account, following, liking and viewing stories as you, so we need to be able to log in. There’s no way around that with this method.
What we need: your Instagram username, password, and a backup code.
Keep two-factor authentication switched on. We never ask anyone to turn it off, and we’ll help you enable it if you haven’t already. Backup codes are single-use, so nothing stays open after we log in.
How we handle it: your credentials are encrypted, and access is limited to our fulfillment team, the people who carry out your daily activity. Nobody outside that team. We never open your inbox, read or send DMs, comment, post, or change anything on your profile.
Any service performing real actions on your behalf has to log in to do it. We keep it safe, careful and confidential.
