Once your brief is in, we're usually logged in within 24 hours, and often a lot sooner than that - sometimes minutes.

We review your account before we start. If we see something that's going to hold your results back, we'll tell you first and check you want to move ahead. We'd rather have that conversation on day one than have you disappointed in week three.

Our team logs in from a device in your country, on a real Android phone - not a server somewhere.

You may see a login notification from Instagram. You don't need to do anything with it. We're already in using your backup code. Leave it be.

Activity starts around 6 hours after we're in, and it starts gently.

How long warm-up runs depends on your account:

We adjust this in real time based on how your account responds. The point is to build up naturally rather than spike on day one, which is exactly the kind of thing that gets accounts flagged.

Once you're warmed up, a typical day on your account looks like:

We follow, like, and view stories. That's it. We never open your inbox, never send or read DMs, never comment, never post, and never touch your bio, links, or highlights. Your account stays yours.

On unfollowing: we unfollow everyone we followed, 4 days after the original follow, at roughly 80–100 per day. We never unfollow anyone we didn't follow for you. If you'd rather we handled it differently, just say - we can unfollow only the people who didn't follow you back, keep your following count pinned at a number you choose, or leave specific accounts alone if you send us the usernames.

Sometimes within the first day, sometimes it takes a bit longer. We won't put a number on it, because these are real people deciding for themselves whether to follow you - and that's the entire point. Nobody is being bought or bribed.

Most people see movement in the first few days and it gets consistently noticeable after the first 2–3 weeks. Growth compounds, so month three tends to look a lot better than month one.

Post consistently. This is the big one. We drive people to your profile; your content decides whether they stay. 3–4 posts a week is the sweet spot. If an account goes quiet for 7 days you'll get a nudge from us - that's not us being pushy, it's the single biggest thing that changes your results.

Keep your account public. People need to see your content before they'll follow.

Reply if we reach out. If your account manager needs something from you, a quick response keeps things moving.

Keep using Instagram normally. Post, browse, go live, reply to comments - none of it interferes with us. The one thing to avoid is doubling up on the same activity we're doing. If you're also running mass follows and likes yourself, or through another growth service at the same time, the combined volume can trip Instagram's spam thresholds. Scheduling tools connected through official login are completely fine.
