Enabling 2FA adds an extra layer of security to your account by requiring a second form of verification in addition to your password, such as a code sent to your phone or email.
To turn on 2FA, follow these steps:
Open Instagram and go to your profile.
Tap the three lines in the top-right corner and select Settings.
Tap Security and then Two-Factor Authentication.
Choose your preferred method of 2FA (via text message or authentication app).
Follow the prompts to complete the setup.
