Please do, and keep it on. We never ask anyone to disable two-factor authentication, and if yours is off we’ll help you switch it on.
What we need alongside it is a backup code. That’s what lets us complete a login without pinging you for approval every time. Each code works only once, so nothing stays open behind us.
To find them: Settings → Accounts Center → Password and security → Two-factor authentication → your account → Additional methods → Backup codes.
Send a code along with your briefing form. If we ever run out, we’ll ask you for a fresh one.
