Go to Subscriptions in your account area and click Cancel next to your active plan.
Or contact our support team via chat or email, and we’ll take care of it for you.
What happens next: we’ll keep working on your account through to the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then activity stops. There’s no proration or refund on unused days, and no further charges. If you’d rather we stopped straight away, just say the word.
Your followers stay. They’re real people who chose to follow you, so nothing disappears when your subscription ends.
Just need a break? You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months instead - you won’t be billed while it’s paused, and you’ll keep your current price.
