We don’t manage your DMs or inbox.
For your privacy and account integrity, we stay out of your direct messages. You’ll still handle all conversations and inquiries—so you stay in full control of your relationships and reputation.
We don’t edit or manage your profile.
You’re in charge of your bio, highlights, links, and content. While we might give suggestions if we spot ways to improve your conversion rate, any profile updates are 100% up to you.
We don’t offer phone or video support.
To keep things efficient, all communication is handled through chat or email. Don’t worry though—our support team and Account Managers are super responsive and always ready to help.
We don’t post or manage your content.
Content creation, scheduling, and posting are all up to you. While we can offer suggestions based on what works best, we don’t touch your feed or handle publishing.
