Yes, and it’s worth understanding how, because it isn’t a filter we switch on.
We reach people through the source accounts you give us. So if you want followers in a particular city, the way to get them is to give us accounts based there whose followers are already local. Same for any interest or audience type: find the accounts those people already follow, and send them over.
What we can’t do is guarantee demographics. No promised percentage from one city, no age or gender split. We’re engaging real people and they decide for themselves.
If the wrong people start showing up, tell us. We’ll rework the sources and keep adjusting until the right ones do.
